Important Info Regarding the discrepancy in memorandum of marks

Many students are approaching the University Examination Branch about the discrepancy in memorandum of marks (i.e name corrections/absent/any other errors) even after years of declaration of results. In this regard, it is to bring to your notice that any discrepancy in result should be brought to the notice of the Examination Branch within 2 weeks after the declaration of result through a representation with supporting documents.

These representations will be verified thoroughly and appropriate action will be taken and it will be intimated to the respecting colleges within 3 weeks after the last date for application of revaluation/ discrepancy. If any information is not received within the stipulated time, the principals may send their representative to the examination branch for clarification or for any further information. Principals are requested to inform their students accordingly, so that any discrepancy should be sent through proper channel with necessary supporting documents within 2 weeks of the declaration of results. No claims shall be entertained after the due date.
