Chrome OS tablet coming this November?
Its not just Android tablets that Google wants to get out there in the markets and compete with all the other tablets available. The latest rumor shows that Google’s Chrome OS tablet is being built by HTC and that it will be available for purchase via Verizon on November 26th.
It looks like Chrome OS tablet would be a decent competitor to the iPad and from what we have heard, it will be a lot cheaper than the iPad. In fact, the Chrome OS tablet might even be free but it will come with Verizon’s data contract.
As for the hardware specifications Chrome OS tablet will use NVIDIA Tegra 2 platform and it will come with 1280 x 720 pixel multi-touch display. Besides that, this tablet will use 2GB of RAM which will be more than enough to run all your applications with ease. As for the storage space, Chrome OS tablet uses 32GB SSD, and that space can be easily expanded. Besides that, it comes with standard features such as 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and a webcam.
Chrome OS tablet looks promising enough and we’re hoping that these rumors will come true in the near future.
I cant wait for it release.

Geeky tees: Darth Vader t-shirt lights up and shines
The newly launched Darth Vader t-shirt has a plate on its chest which lights up and glows attracting plenty of attentions. Though geeky, this could be of true use in your next fancy dress competition. The glowy parts of this new t-shirt are removable so that one can easily wash the tee after it goes dirty. The only issue can be the battery pack which will float on its back as it isn’t detachable.
A pack of battery comes bundled with the pack so that you are Star Wars ready the moment you have the tee in your hands. If one pre-orders the item then it will be sent to your home by August 30th though the tee isn’t so exciting that you end up pre-ordering the same.
The Star Wars Darth Vader tee will cost you $39.99 only when ordered online from StarWarsShop and the pack will of course include an extra pair of battery.
A good stuff to get participated in fancy dress competitions.

Yaskawa-kun: First robot to sell ice cream on its own
Robots are not the things from the future anymore, they are present in our lives, and they take a bigger role in them with each day. We saw that robots can look like us, smile, talk or even act like us. Some of them are even capable of lifting objects while others can play instruments, so the question is can robots replace humans?
I’m positive that robots might replace humans one day and in fact we even got one example that comes from Japan. From the company named Yaskawa, here comes the first robot that will replace humans workers in a ice cream shop. This robot is currently working in Tokyo Summerland and it will replace human workers until August 22. This robot looks appealing to the children and it makes and serves ice cream on its own. This robot is called Yaskawa-kun, and in order to buy ice cream from him you’ll have to choose your flavor and size via a touchscreen and after that you’ll just have to sit and watch how Yaskawa-kun prepares your ice cream.
Besides Yaskawa, people behind Yaskawa-kun are a major Japanese bank and a leading advertising agency. Manufactures are looking forward to the future improvements and they are hoping that they’ll sell more of those in the future.
Yaskawa-kun looks practical and so far it has managed to replace a human worker. We’ll see what future holds for Yaskawa-kun, after August 22 when human workers are replaced entirely by robots.
Wowy now we have to purchase ice-creams from robots. Isn't it great step in human technology??

China to build giant buses allowing cars can drive under
When we talk about China, usually there is a degree of preassumption about the Chinese copying one thing or another from other countries, but not this time. The Shenzhen Huashi Future Car-Parking Equipment have come up with a concept bus and I quote a “3D Express Coach” which will help relieve some of the traffic congestion that are often experienced in busiest parts of their cities. The concept is like no other. It will enable cars to literally drive under it.
It is 4-4.5 m high with two levels: passengers board on the upper level while other vehicles lower than 2 m can go through under. Powered by electricity and solar energy, the bus can speed up to 60 km/h carrying 1200-1400 passengers at a time without blocking other vehicles’ way. Also it costs about 500 million yuan to build the bus and a 40-km-long path for it, only 10% of building equivalent subway. It is said that the bus can reduce traffic jams by 20-30%.
Think of the actual bus as like a skytrain on a tramline. One thing is for sure, this bus won’t get in your way and it won’t look anything like the buses you’ve seen in any other country and drivers can be sure to feel disorientated when they drive under it, much like driving through a tunnel. Check it out in the video below, translation can be found just beneath it thanks to the folks at Chinahush…
